This past week has been crazier than the typical Thanksgiving Holiday hebdomad . You see , my immediate category is spread throughout 3 different DoS and it is nearly insufferable for all of us to get together for a typical Thanksgiving meal . However , last Wednesday , my Grandmother who would have been 94 age old in December , go past away . And after 4 years , we all were together once again .
Since my Grandmother lived just a unforesightful drive from ‘ The Farm ’ , we had several kinfolk member staying with us . When hosting any function , we try our best to make each person feel well-off and welcome . Pretty well-off for immediate family , typically . However , my chum has chosen a vegan lifestyle which made things a little more interesting in our household . In Holy Order to accommodate his dietary needs , I did my best to come up with something that he could exhaust after a prospicient trip to Ohio .

Roast Red Pepper Hummus – with a little Kick !
1 16 oz . can chick pea ( garbanzo beans )

Mixing all the ingredients in the food processor
Juice from 1 clean medium - sized lemon
1 clove of garlic ( only use impertinent ail )

2 Tbsp sesame tahini
1 tsp . ground cumin seed
