We just harvested some large beautiful beets from the garden , and I know right away what I wanted to do with them ! roast beets with fresh orange tree and balsamy acetum is one of my favorite simple ways to prepare beet . They ’re wonderfully tangy , earthy , beautiful , and naturally sweet . Once cooked , they ’re skillful in the electric refrigerator for up to a week – prepped and quick to summate to meal on the go !

Ways to eat roasted beets
We bed these orange and balsamic glass roast beetson salads , sandwich , or as a side on their own .
