This mintage is autochthonal toNamibia .
Lithops gracilidelineatais a nanus succulent make out by its pale white colour , okay reticulation of facial grading , and rugose top airfoil . The torso consist of paired leaves and are round to mostly elliptic , with a flavourless surface , reaching up to 2 inches ( 5 atomic number 96 ) in pinnacle and 1.6 inches ( 4 cm ) in width . The top surface is pale greyish - white , pearl grey , pale milky bluish , yellowish , or pinkish - grey with cerise - brown lines or back breaker .

In the fall , Lithops gracilidelineataproduces yellow prime that can hit up to 1.8 inches ( 4.5 cm ) in diameter . The flower emerge from the fissure between the leaves .
USDA hardiness zones10a to 11b : from 30 ° F ( −1.1 ° C ) to 50 ° F ( +10 ° nose candy ) .
These plants develop a new hardening of leaves every year , with new leaves egress in the fall and growing through the wintertime and into the summertime . Lithopswill go hibernating in previous summertime , and water should be seriously restricted to prevent bursting leaves . The flowers appear near the end of summer or fall , first show up as a small bud forcing its elbow room between the leaves , and growth will begin again . It ’s good to water during this period . Heading into the winter , the leaves will still farm , but you should stop watering , even as the old leaves shrivel and encase the new growth . In the spring , it ’s good to begin gently watering again as the plant set out to grow again , head toward its summer quiescency full point and the emergence of new leaves in the crepuscule .

Lithopsare very tardily - growing , small plant , making them idealistic ashouseplants(once you get the hang of their watering schedule ) . Older plants take form attractive clumps of " pebble " in their spate , which are highly prize . In cosmopolitan , plant should only be repot if there are cultural problems ( soggy soil ) or the industrial plant has outgrown its dish container , which will only pass off every several years .
