Foraging for St. John’s Wort

While St. John ’s wort is technically edible , it is primarily used for medicinal purpose . It is a highly good nervine and sedative herb with strong antidepressant drug property .

St. John ’s wort is anti - seditious and is very good forreducing pain in the ass , particularly nerve pain . It also has some antibacterial properties earn it beneficial to apply on minor cut , scrapes , and wounds .

St. John’s Wort Oil & Salve Recipe
