unadulterated with sweeping views and a garden that centre on plant life in the pink , purple and blue families , highlights of " Pondfield , " in York , Maine , are perfectly capture by our dedicated GPOD’er , Lily Jacobi .

" This was the second garden I bring down on a stale , gray , rainy garden conservancy undecided day . The welcome mesa was within a service department , and we were told to step into the court to see the front of the menage , and then walk through the shut gate to the back of the house . reckon my surprisal when I walk into the courtyard at the front of the theatre and discovered this vibrant showing of red and yellow colored flowers popping up against a bright red house .

I was further astounded once I opened the logic gate and walk into the backyard . My jaw miss . I stood there and gazed in wonder and could not turn back pick out pictures . I was bollix away . "

Views through the garden gate and into the backyard.This entire property is a collaboration between the homeowner and Landscape and Garden Designer Jackie Nooney; who has quite the eye if you ask me!  Apparently, this talent seems to run in the family.  Her sister Jill Nooney and her husband own and also designed Bedrock Gardens in Lee, New Hampshire.
